Well said Tombo/my thoughts

You always feel bad calling for a coach to be released who is at least known as a "good guy." I don't even know if he is a good guy, but I sure believe he cares for his family and this is who I feel the most for. All these coaches know the stay in place for 25 years almost never happens and they are paid generational money for their talents and know how it works. As I said before, he made mistakes that only a break up could fix. He will likely be better at his next stop because you learn and grow. Classy statements on the way out and I believe he will be just fine. I believe he probably wants to get back to his comfort zone in Oklahoma, Texas, but I have no first hand on that. Nothing but hoping his family is good and now time for a fresh, dynamic new leader that has the skills to own the room.
